What an outer barrel actually does. It's the visible tube that sits outside your inner barrel. Accuracy, velocity, and hop-up all come from the inner barrel, so swapping the outer one changes the gun's appearance and what you can thread onto the muzzle, not how it shoots. If you want mock suppressors, flash hiders, or tracers, that's where the 14mm CCW threading on this barrel comes in.

Fit and length. At 8 inches, this lands in the standard carbine range. Measure your current outer barrel or handguard clearance before buying, because the total rail length matters more than the barrel alone — a longer outer barrel can crowd accessories already mounted forward on the handguard. The 14mm CCW threading is the airsoft rifle standard, so most muzzle devices screw right on without an adapter.
