The stock fire selector on a GHK AK works fine until it develops play or the detents go mushy. That's when a machined replacement becomes a practical fix rather than a cosmetic upgrade.

The Atlas Custom Works CNC fire selector is milled from aluminum billet, so the tolerances are tighter than a cast OEM part. At 40 grams it adds negligible weight, and the black finish matches the standard AK aesthetic.

This is a direct replacement for the GHK AK gas blowback platform only. It does not fit AEG AKs, and it does not come with a spring or detent assembly — you're reusing what's in your current selector. Installation requires basic gunsmithing: field strip the receiver, remove the pin, swap the switch and reassemble. If your current selector is worn or you want a more positive tactile click, this is the straightforward upgrade.
