The Hi-Capa platform is a competition favourite for a reason: it's modular, accurate, and takes upgrades well. This Atlas Custom Works outer barrel is one of those upgrades that actually matters. The fluting isn't just cosmetic — it removes material to shave weight while keeping the barrel stiff, which helps with balance during fast target transitions.

Material and fit. Stainless steel construction means this won't corrode from field humidity or cleaning solvents. At 110 grams, it's light enough that you won't notice a change in how the pistol carries, but the added mass over a polymer barrel does help damp recoil slightly. It's machined for Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 GBB frames and compatible clones.

Threading. The 11mm clockwise internal thread is the Hi-Capa standard, not the 14mm CCW you see on rifles. That means suppressors, compensators, and tracer units designed for pistols will fit directly. If you already have accessories for your Hi-Capa, they'll transfer over without adapters.

Before you buy. This is an outer barrel only — no inner barrel, hop-up unit, or bucking included. You'll need to transfer those from your existing barrel or source them separately. The fluting also means the outer diameter varies along the length, so check that your slide or shroud will clear it if you're keeping the original slide.
