The Atlas Custom Works stainless hexagon outer barrel replaces the factory barrel on your Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa GBB. This is a drop-in upgrade for players who want a more durable outer barrel with a distinctive look, and it fits the Hi-Capa 5.1 platform and similar-spec variants.

What changes when you swap it. Stainless steel resists wear from repeated mag changes and holster contact better than standard steel or aluminum. The hexagon profile is primarily aesthetic—it gives the slide a more aggressive, custom appearance without adding bulk. At 90 grams, it's light enough that you won't notice a change in balance or draw speed.

Threading and accessories. The barrel uses 11mm clockwise internal threading, which is the Hi-Capa standard. This accepts most compact compensators, thread guards, and mock suppressors designed for Hi-Capa platforms. It is not compatible with the 14mm CCW threading found on M4/M16 rifles, so standard rifle muzzle devices will not fit without an adapter.

What you need to know before buying. This is an outer barrel only—it does not include an inner barrel, hop-up unit, or any internals. Installation requires basic gunsmithing: disassemble the slide, remove the existing outer barrel assembly, and install the new one.
