Atlas Custom Works Stainless Steel Extra Wide Ambi Thumb Safety for TM Hi-Capa GBB Pistols, Brown

If you're building a competition Hi-Capa or just want more positive control on your carry, the thumb safety is the first place to start. Atlas Custom Works' extra wide ambi version gives you a larger target for your thumb, which means faster engagement and better control when you need it. The ambi design works for both right and left-handed shooters, so you don't have to choose between platforms.

Material and fit. This is stainless steel, not zinc alloy or pot metal. That matters for a part that gets cycled constantly — stainless resists wear and won't deform under repeated thumb pressure. It's machined to TM-spec dimensions, so it drops into a stock Hi-Capa frame without fitting or modification. The brown finish is a bare-metal tone, not a coating that wears off after a few hundred rounds.

What you get. The package includes just the thumb safety itself. Installation requires basic gunsmithing — you'll need the right punches and a clean workspace. If you're not comfortable disassembling a Hi-Capa frame, budget for a local tech. Also note this is an external upgrade only; it won't change your trigger pull or velocity.

What this is not. This isn't a complete trigger group or a drop-in safety assembly. It's a single component that replaces your existing thumb safety lever. If your frame is damaged or your fire control group is worn, swapping the safety alone won't fix those issues.
