The Hi-Capa is the competition pistol of choice for practical airsoft, and the foundation you build on matters. This Atlas Custom Works frame replaces the factory polymer with a CNC-machined aluminum shell, giving you a rigid platform that holds zeroing better under recoil and resists the wear that comes from thousands of match rounds.

What makes this one different. At 160mm, this is a 3.9 Type 2 SV frame — shorter than the full 5-inch competition builds but longer than a compact carry frame. That length keeps the slide travel and trigger geometry close to stock Hi-Capa dimensions while shaving weight and bulk. The SV-style cutout along the dust curve is primarily aesthetic, but it does reduce material where you do not need it. The frame comes with a stainless steel sear and valve knocker already installed, so you are not starting from bare parts.

Fit and finish. Atlas machines these to Tokyo Marui dimensions, so your existing Hi-Capa slide, barrel, and internal components should mate without gunsmithing. The black finish is hard enough for regular use, though it will show holster wear faster than a Parkerized finish on a duty pistol. If you are building a competition gun, budget time for pin fitting and sear tuning — this frame is a solid base, but it is not a drop-in complete.

Before you buy. This is a frame only. You will need your own slide, barrel, inner barrel, hop-up unit, magazine, and gas system. It fits Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa Series pistols and clones built to those specs. If you are new to Hi-Capa building, talk to a technician first — fitting a metal frame to a slide that was never meant for it can lead to timing issues or premature wear. Professional installation is recommended.
