Your airsoft pistol doesn't carry a headlamp. The Atlas Custom Works X300-B is what you mount to the rail so you can actually see where you're pointing in a dark CQB lane or a dimly lit building.
It clamps to any standard 20mm Picatinny rail on your pistol. The mount is a simple rail clamp — slide it on, tighten down, and you're done. Two CR123A batteries power it; they're not in the box, so grab a pack before game day.
Two modes cover the usual situations. Momentary mode lets you tap the light on while your thumb holds the switch, then it goes dark when you let go — useful for quick target ID without announcing your position. Constant mode locks the beam on for sustained tasks like navigating to a defusal point or reading an objective board.
The housing is aluminum alloy, machined rather than stamped, which keeps it light enough that your pistol doesn't feel muzzle-heavy. The profile is low enough that the light won't snag on doorways or window frames. The bezel has knurling around the edge, so your thumb has a positive grip on the switch instead of a smooth surface to slip around on.
It's a practical but small upgrade — a focused beam for close-range target identification, not a headlamp replacement. Whether your pistol is a weekend milsim build or your primary for night games, the X300-B is an easy add.
