Utilizing a realistic shell-ejecting system, the Double Bell WWII Kar 98 carbine feeds from a 5-round internal magazine using reusable mock metal shells that eject each time the bolt is cycled. Double Bell builds this manual spring-powered airsoft rifle with a metal alloy outer barrel assembly, mechanical bolt system, adjustable iron sights, and trigger assembly to achieve an authentic 8-pound weight. This metal core is paired with a weather-resistant polymer stock featuring an imitation wood grain finish, keeping the total length at 44.25 inches. The platform fires at a field-safe 330 to 350 FPS with 0.20g BBs and includes an adjustable hop-up. The box includes the rifle, five reusable shells, and a manual.

Internally, this rifle utilizes a highly proprietary shell-ejecting mechanism, making it completely incompatible with standard VSR-10 or Type 96 aftermarket parts. Maximizing consistency relies on custom compression tuning, specifically replacing the stock internal O-rings with high-grade silicone alternatives to stabilize the air seal. Dropping in a precision tightbore inner barrel and a high-quality aftermarket hop-up bucking immediately sharpens downrange groupings. Because of the mechanical variances inherent to shell-ejecting designs, the rifle needs heavier 0.25g or 0.28g BBs to hold a stable flight path over a distance.
