ICS's Version 2 M4 gearbox repair kit covers the small parts that commonly fail or go missing during a strip: a tappet plate, a set of bushings, and the screws and hardware. The tappet plate is the part that times the air nozzle forward and back as the sector gear turns, pushing each BB into the chamber and sealing behind it. When its tail breaks, the gun cycles but feeds nothing. The bushings and hardware handle the other side of a rebuild, where screws roll and bushings get scratched during removal, so the kit is worth having on the shelf before you open the gearbox.
