The sector gear delayer clip is a small plastic component that goes inside your Version 3 AEG gearbox and does one thing that makes a noticeable difference: it slows the sector gear's return after each cycle so the air nozzle has a fraction of a second more to fully seal the chamber before the piston is released again. That extra seal time means fewer weak shots, less inconsistency, and a tighter grouping when your spring and hop-up are already doing their job.

It's made from ABS plastic and fits Version 3 gearboxes — the kind found in most AK-pattern and G36-pattern AEGs. Installation is straightforward: you remove the sector gear, snap the clip onto the gear's outer face, and reinstall. No machining, no shimming, no new tools. The clip is universal to V3 platforms regardless of brand, so it works in VFC, Krytac, ICS, and similar boxes alike.

If your gun is already consistent shot-to-shot, this won't make it "more consistent" in any measurable way. But if you've been chasing a loose nozzle seal, a worn piston head, or a hop-up that won't hold its setting, the delayer is the cheapest first check you can make — because the sector gear spinning back at full speed is a very common cause of air seal issues that gets blamed on parts that are actually fine.
