LCT PP-19 PDW 9mm AEG Airsoft SMG w/ Starter Pack, Black

The PP-19 concept was built for one job: pack an AK-style weapon into a space that wouldn't normally fit one. This LCT Z-Series PP-19 PDW does exactly that. Built with a full metal gearbox and Picatinny rail, it collapses with the stock folded, giving you the real thing's feel in a package that slips into tight CQB lanes or a cramped vehicle.

Why the PP-19 works. The PP-19-01 was designed as a compact PDW — an AK action in a body short enough to carry where a full-size rifle won't fit. As an airsoft platform it sits in a useful gap: bigger and more capable than an MP7-style subgun, but small enough that a standard 20-inch AEG feels unwieldy. If you want AK ergonomics and a full metal build without the reach of an LRA, this is the gun that makes it work.

Internals that hold up. Behind the receiver is a full metal Version 3 gearbox — the AK platform's box, already the more robust of the two main shells and equipped with a quick-change spring system, so swapping springs happens through the back of the box without splitting the receiver. The full metal construction gives this gun real heft and better balance than polymer alternatives, but it also means you're carrying weight. Plan your sling and loadout accordingly.

How the stock folds. The PDW-style stock collapses for transport and tight spaces. It locks out fully with detent positions for cheek weld or battery clearance. Those positions also give room for larger battery packs inside the stock tube if you prefer that layout over handguard-carry.

What you need to know about velocity. The spec sheet doesn't state a rated FPS figure, so chrono with your own BBs before your first game to know where you stand. As a compact 6mm AEG, this is a CQB gun — comfortable inside tight spaces and within typical indoor caps, not built for trading shots with a DMR across an open field. Hop-up quality and BB consistency will decide your actual range.

Rails and optics. A full-length Picatinny rail runs along the top of the handguard, with side and bottom mounting options. AK-style leaf sights are included as a backup. This rail layout means optics, red dots, and magnified sights all fit without adapters. Standard AK grips and accessories also attach to the handguard if you want to add a vertical or angled grip.

What the bundle covers. Most of this is ready out of the box. You get the gun, a magazine, a charger, a LiPO battery, a Deans adapter, and a bag of BBs. The Deans adapter lets you use the battery on other Deans-compatible platforms. Battery, charger, BBs, and magazine are all included — no separate shopping trip just to fire the gun. Players running longer sessions or heavier springs will want a spare. This is why the adapter is there: the included battery ships on Deans, and the adapter lets it mate with other connector types.

Magazines. The PP-19 runs on AK-pattern magazines, and LCT's Z-Series mags have become widely available. AK mags are near-universal across AEG platforms, so if you ever move to a different AK-pattern gun, your magazine collection carries over. The included magazine is fine for getting started — plan on picking up a couple extras once you know how fast this gun eats rounds.
