At just 370mm overall length and 4.85 lbs unloaded, this is a compact carbine built for tight spaces and fast movement, not for trading shots across an open field. The short 143mm brass inner barrel keeps the profile minimal, which is exactly what you want for CQB work or as a secondary when a full-length rifle is impractical.

Internals that matter. The gearbox features a quick-change spring system, so tuning velocity for different field limits does not require splitting the gearbox. This is a practical advantage for maintenance and adjustments.

Velocity and field limits. The spec sheet lists velocity as "according to local regulations"—LCT leaves that to the buyer's field requirements rather than locking in a factory number. With a short barrel and quick-change spring, you're in a good position to tune this for indoor caps around 350 FPS or outdoor limits in the 380–400 range. As always, chrono with your own BBs before your first game; barrel length, BB weight, and temperature all move the number.

Externals and fit. Full steel receiver with polymer furniture keeps the weight reasonable while giving you that authentic AK feel. The muzzle thread specification should be verified against your accessories before purchasing suppressors or muzzle devices. The low-profile 50-round magazine ships with the gun and gives you a milsim-style aesthetic, though you'll want spares for anything longer than a skirmish round.

Battery and power. Battery storage sits in the top cover, which is the classic AK layout. The specs indicate it is not LiPO-ready—plan on using NiMH packs or verify compatibility before running a LiPO. Battery and charger are not included.

What this is not for. This is a compact CQB carbine, not a primary for open-field skirmishes. The 143mm inner barrel and short overall length put you at a disadvantage at distance, and the 50-round magazine means frequent reloads. If your game involves holding long sightlines or you need high capacity for sustained fire, look at a full-length AK or an M4 platform instead.
