Poseidon CSI XR5 Series Advanced Battle Rifle - Battery/Adapter/Charger Combo, Blue

The Poseidon CSI XR5 Series is an Advanced Battle Rifle — a full-size AEG built around a V2 gearbox. The spec sheet lists the gearbox as Ver 2 Full Metal and fully upgradeable, with a long-type motor. AEGs run on battery power through the gearbox, and a V2 shell is the most common design in airsoft, so gears, pistons, springs, cylinder parts, and shells themselves are all off-the-shelf when you're ready to tune.

370 FPS on 0.20g BBs. That's the factory rating, and real output varies with BB weight, temperature, and hop-up. You'll want to chrono with your own BBs before your first game. It sits inside the typical outdoor field limit at 400 but above the common indoor cap of 350.

What's in the box. The gun, a 200-round hi-cap magazine, a battery, a charger, a Deans adapter, and a bag of BBs. The spec sheet says 'LiPO Ready: No,' which means the gun is designed for lower-voltage packs. The battery uses Deans, which is the low-resistance standard. If your charger uses Deans, the adapter is redundant. Battery and charger are included — not every gun ships that way.

Externals. The rifle measures 790mm to 870mm with its adjustable stock, carries 7.75 lbs, and has a 363mm inner barrel paired with an adjustable hop-up. The threaded barrel is 14mm negative (CCW), so most standard muzzle devices and mock suppressors fit. Fire modes are semi and full-auto.

Magazines. The included 200-round hi-cap works with Matrix, CSI, and other compatible S.T.A.R. XR-5 series mags. That's a broad ecosystem.

What it's not for. Full-size rifles carry like full-size rifles. At 7.75 lbs on a V2 platform with 370 FPS velocity, this is a real field rifle — not a CQB compactor.
