SHS's 13:1 gear set is a speed set for most Version 2 and Version 3 gearboxes. The ratio finishes each cycle with fewer motor revolutions than a stock set, so rate of fire climbs while you give up mechanical advantage. It's a match for a light spring, and it's cut from steel, so it holds up to the faster cycling. Re-shim the gearbox from scratch after fitting this set, and set motor height by ear until the whine disappears.
