If you've ever fumbled a reload because the slide stop felt mushy or was too small to hit under pressure, an aluminum slide stop is the cheapest fix you can make. The Atlas Custom Works Type 2 replaces the stock piece on compatible GBB pistols with something that actually gives you a solid contact point and a cleaner reset. It's a small part with a noticeable difference in how the gun handles.

What the Type 2 does. The slide stop locks the slide back when the magazine runs dry, and lets you release it with your support thumb instead of racking the slide. The Type 2 adds a wider surface so you can find it by feel during a reload. That's the whole job — better ergonomics, not a performance upgrade in the velocity or accuracy sense.

Material and build. CNC machined from aluminum, so it won't wear down the way plastic stock parts can. The silver finish matches most GBB externals and doesn't show wear the way a black-anodized part might. It's a drop-in replacement, so no gunsmithing or special tools are required.
