Lancer Tactical Combat Shirt, Large, Tan

A combat shirt is an old solution to a stubborn problem: how do you keep a shirt on your torso without it turning into a sweat-soaked weight when the temperature rises, while still getting tough fabric where your shoulders and elbows take the abuse?

The answer is two different fabrics stitched together, and the Lancer Tactical version does it in tan with a clear division of labour. The torso uses a knitted fabric of 92% cotton and 8% spandex that stretches with you, breathes, and dries faster than a thick cotton tee would. The sleeves are 50/50 cotton-poly ripstop — water-resistant, colorfast, and thick enough to take a scrape without tearing.

Elbows and pockets. Integrated elbow pads sit inside the sleeve, so you can drop to a prone or kneel behind cover without a pad underneath. They're built into the shirt rather than added on, which keeps the profile clean and means you don't lose them. There are also a few zippered pockets for small stuff — spare mags, a pouch, or whatever fits through the zipper.

Adjustability. The cuffs are adjustable, which matters when you're layering a glove over the sleeve or rolling it up for a warm day. The stretch fabric on the torso means the shirt doesn't fight you when you reach, shoulder a rifle, or move laterally.

What it's for. Hot-weather skirmishing, training days where you'll be crawling and kneeling, or anything where a thick tactical shirt makes you miserable and a plain tee doesn't cut it. It's not a cold-weather layer — the stretch cotton torso won't keep you warm on its own when the temperature drops.
