Lancer Tactical's M4 Gen 2 CNC Steel Spur Gear is a drop-in replacement for the spur gear in any Version 2 gearbox. It sits in the middle of the gear train, carrying load continuously as it takes drive from the bevel and passes it to the sector. CNC steel means the tooth profile is cut from solid material rather than cast, so the teeth mesh accurately with their neighbours and the load spreads across the full face. Match it to the ratio already in the gearbox and re-shim from scratch, since a new gear changes the stack.
