Atlas Custom Works Stainless Hexagon Outer Barrel for Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 GBB Airsoft Pistols, Heat Treated

The Hi-Capa is a competition platform where every millimeter of barrel length and every gram of weight affects your draw and follow-through. This Atlas Custom Works outer barrel replaces the factory tube with a stainless steel hexagon design that's both lighter and more consistent.

Why the hexagon profile. The fluted exterior removes material without sacrificing rigidity, which keeps weight at 100g while maintaining the stiffness needed for consistent shot-to-shot performance. Stainless steel resists corrosion from repeated field use and cleaning, and the heat-treated finish is the actual surface treatment — not just a color name.

Threading and accessories. The barrel uses 11mm clockwise internal threading, which is the Hi-Capa standard. This accepts suppressors, compensators, and tracer units designed for that thread pattern. If you have accessories with 14mm CCW threading (the rifle standard), you'll need an adapter.

What you get. Just the outer barrel. Installation requires basic armorer work to remove the factory barrel from your Hi-Capa 5.1 or compatible clone. Battery, gas, and BBs are not included — this is a barrel upgrade only.
