The stock polymer frame on a Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa is functional but soft. After hundreds of rounds, wear shows at the slide stop and trigger guard. The Atlas Custom Works 4.3-inch frame replaces that with CNC-machined 7075 aluminum—the same aerospace-grade material used in high-end firearm frames. It's lighter than steel, more rigid than polymer, and built for the kind of round counts competitive shooters put through a pistol.

What you get. The frame ships with a stainless steel sear, valve knocker, and pin set. These aren't decorative; the sear and knocker are the parts that see the most impact in a GBB, and stainless steel holds its geometry longer than the stock components. You're getting a complete frame assembly, not just a shell.

Fit and compatibility. This is a 4.3-inch frame designed for Tokyo Marui-spec Hi-Capa platforms and M1911-pattern GBB pistols. If your pistol uses a TM-style frame, this will fit. The 185mm length and 140g weight keep the balance close to stock while adding the durability of machined aluminum.

Installation. This is a gunsmith-level job. Swapping a frame means transferring the slide, barrel, bushing, and all internal components—and getting the timing right. Atlas recommends having a certified airsoft technician handle the install. If you're doing it yourself, take photos at every step and verify sear engagement before firing.
