If you're building a competition-grade Hi-Capa, the first upgrade that matters is the frame. The stock polymer frame flexes under higher gas pressure and limits what internals you can run. The Atlas Custom Works 4.3-inch aluminum frame replaces that weak point with a solid 7075 aluminum chassis that can handle the stress of tuned GBB systems.
What you get. The package includes the CNC-machined frame, a stainless steel sear, valve knocker, and pin set. You're getting the core components needed to convert a stock TM Hi-Capa to an all-metal build. The frame measures 185mm in length and weighs 140 grams—substantial, but you're trading weight for rigidity and durability.
Why 7075 aluminum. This isn't generic aluminum. 7075 is aerospace-grade alloy, significantly stronger than the 6061 you'll find on cheaper frames. For a GBB pistol, that means the frame resists warping under repeated high-pressure gas cycles.
Compatibility. Fits Tokyo Marui-spec Hi-Capa platforms and M1911 GBB pistols. If you're working with an aftermarket frame already, verify the slide and barrel compatibility before ordering—this is a TM-spec frame, not universal across all Hi-Capa clones.
Installation note. This is a gunsmith-level upgrade. Swapping a frame involves disassembling the entire slide group, transferring internals, and setting proper headspace and timing. If you've never worked on a Hi-Capa before, budget for a professional install. Improper assembly can damage the slide, barrel, or your new frame.
Available in Purple. The frame also comes in Black, Red, Gold, and Silver if you're matching a specific color scheme.
