Upgrading a Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa starts with the frame. The stock polymer flexes under repeated gas pressure and wear, and after a few hundred rounds the fit starts to drift. This Atlas Custom Works 2011 Type 1 frame replaces it with CNC-machined 7075 aluminum, the same alloy used in high-strength firearm components. The result is a rigid platform that holds its tolerances through extended use.

What you get. The 4.3-inch frame comes with a stainless steel sear, valve knocker, and pin set. These are the parts that take the most stress in a GBB pistol, and upgrading them together ensures consistent valve timing and hammer strike.

Fit and compatibility. This is built for Tokyo Marui spec Hi-Capa platforms and M1911 GBB pistols. The 185mm length and 140g weight match the original form factor, so your existing slides, barrels, and magazines should mate without modification. The red anodized finish is cosmetic only and does not indicate FPS rating or internal specification.

Before you install. Frame swaps on GBB pistols require disassembly of the entire slide group and should be done by someone familiar with Hi-Capa internals. Improper assembly can damage the valve system or cause unsafe operation. If you are not experienced with Hi-Capa gunsmithing, have a certified airsoft technician handle the installation.
