At first glance, the Crosman Triple Threat looks like a standard revolver, but looking deeper into this model will remove that perception. You can change between three barrel lengths quickly. The barrels measure three, six, and eight inches, typical measurements on revolvers.
All three are rifled steel barrels for extra accuracy since this revolver fires both .177 caliber steel BBs and pellets. Like all guns, the longer the barrel, the more accurate shots tend to be.
The cylinder is rather unusual. When firing pellets, you have a 10-round capacity. However, if you’re looking to fire BBs, it only accepts six at once. Both ammunition types are useful and function in different situations.
The trigger is a double- and single-action design, something many modern revolvers have. The trigger pull weight is reduced if you cock the hammer before firing. However, pulling the trigger immediately is much faster despite a heavier weight.
Before firing this revolver, you’ll need a 12g CO2 cartridge, which isn’t included with this purchase.
An adjustable rear sight and fixed front sights are all you need for training.
